It looks like, most of the times, the next natural (or, by force, compulsion, no choice etc?) career (job?) move by the BPO Folks nowadays is into the areas of HR…was, just thinking, if an alternate (or, complementary or supplementary?) pipeline for all HR Aspirants will now be from the BPO and ITES Companies, in addition to those so many MBA Institutes mushrooming all around us…may be, let us say the Graduates, who have spend about 2 to 3 years there, and suddenly find that this is not what they are looking at in life after all those fast bucks they have made in those few years, there is a long term Career after all…so, just take a jump or splash into HR…or more specifically, Recruitment…any Industry, any Company, any Place…Whoa! Hey, is this the beginning of a new paradigm…or, the end of an existing one…remember, Lambs to the Slaughter? Any comments…anybody?
