One of the salient features that distinguish us from the other HR Services Companies is our periodic Public Workshops, usually organized once in every quarter of the year (called Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 Programs to tally with the AMJ, JAS, OND and JFM Quarters of the Indian Financial Year).
Our Open House Training Workshops are now quite a standard feature for the Indian Industry and are conducted in the following 4 Areas, currently within Delhi NCR only -
- Q1 Program : Team Building, Team Working and Interpersonal Skills
- Q2 Program : Communication and Business Presentation
- Q3 Program : Emotional Intelligence in Workplace
- Q4 Program : Managerial Effectiveness
These Programs are aimed for a much wider base of individuals and are open to interested Participants from the Corporate world, the Consulting companies, the Academic institutions and the Students on a fully pre-paid basis. Due to very encouraging responses received by us in the past, we soon plan to launch our Cross-cultural Etiquette and Stress Management Modules also for the Public domain and hope to extend all these Programs to the other Metropolis of the Country as well.
Apart from their strong educative and learning values, these Public Workshops also serve as powerful forums for physical interaction and exchange of ideas and experiences between very diverse people groups from different cross sections of the Society.
Qwest has a Panel of dedicated Trainers on its rolls (on fulltime, partnership and associate basis) drawn from the Corporate, Consulting and Academic worlds who deliver these Workshops to the participants on a regular basis.
