In addition to the usual Reference Checking tasks that form a part of our normal Recruitment and Search activities, we also undertake ‘Exclusive Assignments’ for our Client Organizations to do very comprehensive Reference Checks and Background Verifications, especially for those Recruitments happening in large numbers and also the very Critical / Senior / Top Management positions in those Companies.
On behalf of our Client Organizations, we take up such assignment contracts even for those Candidates who are not Recruited through us and where such an activity forms a very important / integral part of the Company’s Pre-selection Process / Post-selection Processes.
Recruitment Processes Outsourcing
The latest addition to our line of activities in this particular area is undertaking the comprehensive Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) work for those Companies which want to off-load their entire Recruitment and Selection activities to an external Centre of Expertise (COE).
Our RPO is serviced to the Clients as an end-end-end Process and includes the range of activities like Screening of Applications, Candidate Database Management, Preliminary Interviews, Psychometric Testing, Reference & Background Verifications, Health & Medical Check-ups and Joining Formalities.
