HR Support Outsourcing

We provide comprehensive and integrated Services to both our Corporate and Institutional Clients through our dedicated On-site Personnel, as well as Virtual HR Support Services.

The Start-up Ventures, the Growing Companies and the Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) especially, who have insufficient, little or no internal HR Support systems available, gain immensely by way of Outsourcing their HR Function activities, either fully or partially, to an outside Centre of Expertise (COE) like us.

Some of such HR Support activities include HR Process administration, day-to-day Operational assistance on routine HR activities, support in creating HR systems & policies, advice on strategic HR issues and rendering expertise on specific HR practices.

HR Process Outsourcing

We believe that the true internal HR expertise in Companies are best utilized to understand the complexities of how Businesses run and leverage the internal competencies of its People for partnering with the Line functions to achieve the maximum possible value as a Strategic Business Partner.

In such situations, there are quite a few routine and maintenance tasks like Payroll Process Administration, which though a very important maintenance activity is only but a routine one and such activities are best left to be managed through an external Centre of Expertise (COE), so that the maximum productive time and resources are left aside for more serious and important Employee issues to be focused upon.

To enable such Organizations zero in on their key and core HR challenges, we undertake the complete end-to-end management of the Staff Payroll Process, right from structuring of the Employees’ Salaries to managing their Monthly Payroll, to depositing their PF Contributions, to completing their Form 16 and finally up till filing their Annual Income Tax Returns also

Interim Staffing Solutions

With more and more Organizations wanting to have greater flexibility in terms of both their Manpower employment and deployment plans and costs, there has been a strongly felt requirement by them to 'Optimize' on either their bench strength, their peripheral employees or their maintenance staff, so as to maintain what is called a 'Float Population' with themselves.

In order to achieve that objective, these Companies would prefer not to engage a part of their Employee Workforce on their 'Regular Services' or 'Permanent Rolls', but rather engage them for fixed durations and required tenures only through a ‘Third Party’, depending upon the type and number of such Staff, by way of entering into a Contractual Agreement with the ‘Third Party’ for specific tenures only.

More popularly known as 'Temp Staffing' in the West and ‘Flexi Staffing’ in the East, we also cater to such Outsourced Manpower and Interim Staffing requirements of our Client Companies against their specific manpower plans on a time-to-time basis. We hire the requisite people on our Company services, depute them at the Customer offices / worksites on fixed term contract basis and also manage their complete Employment Model (including Salary Transfers, PF Deposits, Form 16, Annual Tax Returns and any other applicable Statutory Benefits) on our Payroll only.

It is imperative to note here that all the above Services are undertaken with the Client Companies with very clear-cut accountabilities, strict performance metrics, pre-defined & mutually agreed SLAs and substantial cost advantages.
