Recruitment & Search

Call Center Operations (Gurgaon, Delhi NCR) –
Our Client is a Call Center operator based out of Gurgaon, Delhi NCR. The Company needed support to set up their initial staff team and subsequent ramp up for growth. They entered into a turnkey Recruitment contract with us in a phased manner, that saw their staff strength move up by more than ten times in less one year. Qwest employed a very selective and qualitative process of advertised walk-ins spread over many days to achieve the numbers as required by the Client. We became the ‘Preferred Recruiter’ of this Client beating better-known names in the Market.
IT Organization (Delhi NCR) –
The Organization was a start-up venture between an Indian Industrial Giant and a Foreign Company. It was a niche player in a highly competitive environment and needed critical People in a very scarce Market supply situation. Qwest was one of the first Consultants to be given the Resourcing requirement and it goes unsaid that the same was delivered within the strict timelines as set up by the Client. Today, this Company continues to be a Leader in the specific Market that it operates.
BPO Company (Gurgaon, Delhi NCR) –
This Firm is one of the very first entrants in the booming BPO Industry in the Country. It required a lot of initial assistance in hiring the Core Team for one of its very first Clients and decided to Out-source the Recruitment Process to us. With a team of dedicated Consultants and adherence to pioneering Recruitment Processes in this area, we were able to deliver very high quality Resources to the Company in its growth and diversification efforts. Currently, this Company is one of the biggest BPO Operators in the Country with more than twenty thousand staff.
Call Center Client (Gurgaon, Delhi NCR) –
The Company, in its initial stage of business, required a very critical and experienced Operations Head for one of its largest and most complex processes. The Search for this position, amongst the others, was given to a Senior Consultant at Qwest and the same was fulfilled in a time period of 6 weeks providing full confidentiality and credibility to the process. Subsequently, Qwest bagged the responsibility of being the main Search Partner for this Organization.
KPO Operations (Gurgaon, Delhi NCR) –
This Client is a recent player in the KPO Market in India with aggressive growth and expansion plans for the future. A major part of its requirements was a group of SMEs in the areas of Finance and Infrastructure with high market equity. The responsibility for fulfilling these positions was given to us and Qwest ensured that the same was accomplished as per the Clients’ timelines. In the existing scenario, we are the ‘Recruiter of Choice’ for this Company.
Telecom Company (Gurgaon, Delhi NCR) –
This Company is a JV between two of the largest Telecom and Infrastructure Services providers in the World. It had exclusively retained Qwest to recruit fresh Telecom and Software Engineers for them, both from the Engineering Campuses and the Open Market scenario. This particular Assignment was delivered to the Client as per the stringent quality levels required and also within the strict timelines as specified to our Consultants.

HR Strategic & Advisory

Call Center Operations (Gurgaon, Delhi NCR) -
The Client is a Call Center operator based out of Gurgaon, Delhi NCR. It needed consulting support to plan out the Hiring process of its initial team as a part of its ramp up operations. Qwest was engaged to develop the appropriate kind of Tools for its Recruitment Process activities. After a study of the Clients business and manpower plans, the Consultants then designed various Selection Tests in the areas of Trade skills and Behavioral abilities, for both its Voice-based and Web-based Processes. The Models suggested being both scalable and repeatable were then replicated for the future hiring for its Operations Team as well.
IT Organization (Delhi NCR/Other Cities) -
The Organization was a Joint-venture of one of the big Industrial Groups in the Country. Operating in a highly competitive Market environment, it required Advisory support to design and integrate robust and objective Performance Management Process and Compensation & Remuneration System. A Team of 2 Consultants from Qwest was deployed to work along with the Client Organization to do internal feasibility studies and external market research to come up with a comprehensive Performance and Reward Management System. Subsequent to the same, these Consultants also did the initial hand-holding and support to implement and institutionalize this System within the Company.
Diversified Indian Business Group (Delhi NCR/Lucknow) -
The Company is a multi-business and multi-locational Indian Business Group, with diversified interests in the areas of Finance, Real Estate, Aviation, Media and Communications. It had retained our services to conduct an Organization Climate Study to explore the potential of building a uniform and consistent Culture and Value System within the Company. The Consulting efforts were directed towards meeting a comprehensive sample of its Employees cutting across different levels, functions and locations in order to come out with an analysis and report on the different kinds of interventions and initiatives that the Company could undertake in order to achieve the desired results. . The emphasis was on building a Common Culture amongst a very diversified set of workforce in the Group.

Learning & Development

IT Organization (Noida, Delhi NCR) -
This Client is one of the more well-known IT Companies operating out of Noida, Delhi NCR. As a part of its Training Needs Analysis, it was found that its Middle and Senior Management people required inputs in different areas of Inter-personal Effectiveness to ensure higher level of Performance in the Workplace. A team of 2 Trainers were assigned to this Project and the target Employees were taken through 2 Days Workshops in the aspects like Communication, Listening Abilities, Assertiveness Building, Effective Presentation and Global Culture & Etiquette.
Call Center Operations (Gurgaon, Delhi NCR) -
This Company is a Call Center operator based out of Gurgaon, Delhi NCR. The Company had engaged us for the recruitment of its Staff in a phased manner, right from hiring of its Core Team to the subsequent ramp up activities. It then had approached us to design and deliver the Induction & Orientation Programs as well, which was done in groups. This Training included modules on Communication, Team Working, Interpersonal, Selling & Negotiation Skills, Customer Care, Listening Skills, Telephone Service and Assertiveness.
Logistics Company (Delhi NCR) -
This Company is one of the recent mid-sized set-ups in the integrated Logistics Industry and is based out of Mumbai. In an effort to enhance its Managerial quality, this Company had engaged us for a Strategic Approach to Training Techniques (SATT) process, whereby Qwest was required to identify the Development Needs of its Managerial Personnel for the North India regional operations. Based on the same, very specific Training Modules were created by our In-house Specialists and the same was delivered to them in a planned manner over a period of 6 Months, post which relevant Post-training Feedback was also provided to them based on the Trainers assessments of the Participants.
